hi
i'm niki

creative dreamer,
word witch, and digital communications expert

and you… well, it’s lovely that you’re here. you’re probably looking for a creative professional, and what a coincidence, i happen to be one. i have 13 years of professional experience, including 10 years at an agency, where i worked across the full spectrum of digital communication: from planning to execution, from simple posts and campaigns to social media and full digital strategies. if you need proof, scroll on, or jump straight to the good part.

how do you know if we're a good fit?

do you prefer to play it safe with tried-and-tested solutions and familiar templates? then we’re probably not the best match. i get bored even with my own well-worn methods after a while. i believe in renewal and in the idea that there’s always a fresh way to approach a brand’s story. that’s why
i see every project as an opportunity to reinvent, rethink, and create something distinctive.
if that sounds like your kind of thinking, we may be looking for each other.

so, what exactly can i help you with?

over the past 13 years, i’ve worked across a wide range of areas, from copywriting and campaign concepts to end-to-end digital strategies. i could contribute in many ways, but where i create the most value is where i feel most at home: planning and strategy.
these are the areas where i can be most useful:
  • campaign concept and creative strategy development—if you don’t need vague ideas thrown into the air, but creative solutions that are actually possible to execute.
  • social media and digital communications planning—when you need a strategy where each channel has its own role and audience, while still working together as part of a bigger whole.
  • content marketing and email campaign design—when you need more than a newsletter, and want a system that builds connection as well.
  • system-level content management and brand communication—when your goal is to build a brand, not just talk about one.
so if you’re looking for a strategic thinker who plans with intention, not just someone to execute, i’m here.

multifaceted

VagiNavigátor | educational video campaign

who? Bayer Hungária
why? intimate health should not be an intimate topic. every woman deserves to know what is normal, what may be concerning, and what should not be ignored. it is important that we dare to look things up, dare to ask questions, and dare to talk about it.
how? we created a safe online space where young women were not only educated, but also encouraged to start conversations, share thoughts, and ask questions. the first step was a talk-based video series, which we later expanded with an Instagram-focused content hub. our goal was to build an interactive community with stronger awareness around intimate health. the campaign not only resonated with the target audience, but was also recognized by the industry with a CMA silver award.

Skillbot | brand launch

who? Skillbot AI
why? ai is spreading fast, but many tools were either too complex or too generic for smes by the time given. Skillbot ChatMaster offered an intuitive, easy-to-use solution. but for it to truly help, the market first needed to understand what it is and why it’s useful.
how? since we handled the brand’s communication end to end, we started with the fundamentals: defining the brand’s role and setting communication goals across each platform (including the website, email, blog, and social channels). next, we launched the first ad campaigns, supported by continuous iteration and performance-driven optimisation. while i had already taken on project management responsibilities before, this is where i truly grew into the role.

OMA | rebranding

who? Online Marketing Akadémia
why? OMA has been educating hungarian smes in marketing for 16 years. after the brand changed ownership, it became necessary to modernise and reposition it, so it could reflect both the new owner’s level of expertise and today’s expectations.
how? beyond developing the communications strategy, i also took part in shaping the product portfolio and defining the brand values. the end-to-end strategy included a visual identity refresh, social media management, ad campaign planning, a redesigned email marketing approach, and website planning. our goal was to build and sustain an up-to-date knowledge base and community that hungarian smes can turn to anytime to help grow their businesses.

firsts

Magnat | my first brand launch

when Poli-Farbe introduced its new paint range to the hungarian market, we had the chance to design Magnat’s social communication from the ground up. and, in a way, we were also speaking to the home-makers in ourselves. our primary platform became Instagram, where we supported the community with home design inspiration, helping people explore how colours and moods work together, in a distinctly Insta-aesthetic style.

Rideonic | my first campaing as a lead

I led Ebikeshop’s digital communication for a long time as lead creative content manager, so many “firsts” are tied to the brand. but this one is probably the most memorable for me, because it was the first time the direction was fully in my hands. for the launch campaign of its own e-bike brand, we positioned Rideonic as a reliable partner for trendsetters who are always on the move. the concept ran as a multi-platform ad campaign and was extended across social as well.

honorable mentions

i’m a bit of a rare bird: a born-and-raised budapest girl who never left her field, and an introverted marketing professional. my hair is colourful, my humour is quirky, and i grin from ear to ear.
i entered the communications world as a video editing intern, but along the way i’ve been a pr assistant focused on web communication and event support, a mobile-app creative coordinator, a content editor group head… and then i landed at an agency, where my knowledge started growing exponentially. i absorbed everything i could—you’ve already seen some of the highlights above.
i started as a copywriter. today i build creative concepts, campaigns, and digital strategies, and as a creative project manager i’m also capable of team leading. i can see the resource needs behind tasks, how different workstreams build on each other (or can run in parallel), and i’m a big believer in knowledge-sharing. i’m most effective when i can brainstorm in a great team, and then execute solo.
but i do have my flaws: i don’t let go of things easily, i like to chew on ideas thoroughly, and i’m not afraid to challenge, rethink, and even restart close to a deadline if i truly believe it’s necessary.

my career path so far

2013– CloudCasting Kft.

creative intern

it started as a typical internship, but i still got the chance to prove myself through simpler video edits.

2013– MTA SZTAKI

pr assistant

i was responsible for the lab’s social media and web presence, and got my first taste of event coordination here.

2014– Open, Click & Convert Kft.

creative coordinator

at the startup building mobile apps, i coordinated external collaborators and dove deep into aso.

2015– OFI

content editor group head

i took part in building a new online learning system as the coordinator of the content upload team.

2016– BeSocial

senior creative content manager, social media manager, content editor, creative project manager

i started as a copywriter, but over time i took on more and more creative planning work, staying involved both at concept level and in execution. i worked with many major brands, and more recently gained insight into the sme marketing world as well. i combine creative thinking with broad technical know-how, and i strongly believe in measuring and optimising along the way to maximise results.

2022– Szubjektív média

creative copywriter

i primarily support multiple brands’ presence in here as a social media copywriter, but i’ve also taken on creative planning and brand launch work, from design and development through to execution, with very positive client feedbacks.

what i bring to the table

strategic thinking

from strategy to always-on communication structures, i plan in a way that keeps the concept executable, the direction sustainable, and every element aligned with the bigger picture.

concept creation and development

i aim for cross-platform campaigns that speak to the right audience, fit the brand strategy, and are not only doable, but effective. the kind that don’t just launch, but actually land.

digital toolset

i’m familiar with and use the tools required for creative agency work, whether it’s campaign planning, brainstorming, content planning and production, project management, or ai.

team leadership

i’m able to see the full process, breaking work down into clear streams, and determining the use of resources. i’m able to represent the interests of the team, the project, and the client at the same time.

fine-tuning

one of the biggest advantages of digital communication is that it’s measurable and can be adjusted quickly based on audience feedback—and i genuinely enjoy working with that.
